Nine different Courts will hold
hearings based on the schedule below, to consider whether to approve the
settlement. At the hearings, the Courts will consider whether the settlement is
fair, reasonable, and adequate. If there are objections the Courts will consider
them at the hearings. All of the Courts must decide to approve the settlement,
before the settlement becomes final. We do not know how
long these decisions will take.
